We are a Colchester-based company that works to support children, young people, parents, professionals, and organisations. To date, our main activities has been the delivery of a range of parenting groups/workshops, young people’s workshops, one to one parent coaching and professional parent programme training. We have supported parents, young people, and professionals on all aspects of parenting i.e., ADHD, self-harm, tantrums, positive discipline, managing the teenager years and separation issues.

Parenting and Young People’s Groups
We have supported parents through a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, self-harm, managing tantrums, positive discipline strategies, navigating the teenage years, and coping with separation and family changes.
We are delighted to announce that we have secured funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to deliver a programme of FLASH and TEEN FLASH workshops in Colchester. This funding will enable us to expand our services and provide valuable support and opportunities for local families and young people.
We are currently finalising venues and dates and look forward to sharing further details in the coming weeks. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund for their support and investment in community-focused initiatives.
We are also awaiting the outcomes of additional funding applications for our other parenting programmes and several new projects currently in development. As funding is confirmed, we will update this page with information about upcoming groups, projects, locations, and referral pathways.
In the meantime, our online parenting resources remain available free of charge and can be accessed at any time.

Teen FLASH professional training ( Teen FLASH is a specialist group programme designed for young people aged 11–16 who are engaging in self-harming behaviours. Our training equips professionals with the knowledge and skills to deliver this programme within their own services.)

The funding for the trainings has mainly come from service commissioning. We have streamlined our outgoings to ensure we can offer our trainings at the lowest cost possible without compromising the quality of the training. Profit from the trainings support us in being able to
